A final tally of how many vehicles sold at Sunday’s classic vehicle auction in Wanaka won’t be known for some time as negotiations between the parties continue.
An upcoming auction in Wanaka of classic cars, motorcycles and aircraft has already attracted international attention. The auction is being run by Webb’s Auction House of Auckland and will be held at the Warbirds and Wheels visitor attraction at Wanaka Airport at 1pm on March 30.
The Wanaka Wearable Creations Show has found a permanent home. Two local women, Theresa Goodwin and Kate Paterson-Ross, came up with the idea for the show back in 2001 and it has been held regularly since then with the most recent show in 2012.
